Welcome to Crumb n Crust! Your go-to online bakery for all your sweet cravings! Our founder and chef-owner, Epiphany Masaganda, has an impressive background in the culinary industry, spanning multiple countries and cultures.
Epiphany hails from the Philippines and started her culinary journey in Macau, China, where she was part of the opening team of The Venetian Resort Hotel at the young age of 16. During her two-year service, she learned Cantonese, which became her fourth spoken language.
In 2009, she moved to the USA to work with Master Chef Peter Timmins at a private club in Boca Grande, Florida . During her time there, she honed her skills and spent her summers in Nantucket, Massachusetts, running the pastry operation of another private club.
Epiphany's dedication and passion for her craft led her to take a position at another private club on Palm Beach Islands in 2017, where the top 5% of billionaires reside. After a year, she became a Certified Executive Pastry Chef through the American Culinary Federation. In 2019, Epiphany designed, renovated, and implemented a cake, dessert, and bread program at a private prestigious country club on Palm Beach Island, Florida U.S.A. However, after experiencing a tragic life event, she decided to step down from her position after four and a half years with this company.
She then worked as a pastry chef at a luxurious senior living and started her online bakery business, Crumb n Crust, in April 2021.
Despite facing challenges in her career path, Epiphany's passion and dedication for her craft never waned.
With a strong commitment to personal growth and serving others, she obtained her certification as a Life and Success Coach from The Jay Shetty Certification School, graduating on February 8, 2023. https://epiphanylifecoach.com/
